About this apartment rental
Transport and activities are easily accessible on foot. Bikes can be rented near the apartment for easy access to the cycle paths around the lake and beyond.
In winter access to the ski resorts is easy by car or facilitated by shuttles (La Clusaz at 30 km, Le Semnoz at 20 km, etc.).
The street is not busy but close to the old town and the lake, restaurants and shops. Close to the promenade of the Annecy canals.
Closed garage and easy access for car or 4x4, 5 mins walk from the apartment.

Very well equipped and comfortable property, within easy walking distance of public transport..and away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town Some excellent restaurants/ bistros nearby. Hosts Suzanne and Robert, were friendly and very helpful with providing information about places of interest and attractions in Annecy and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Lovely apartment in walking distance of the old town, lake, shopping street and nice restaurants. Despite the extreme heat during our stay it remained pleasant within the apartment. The hosts were also great, giving us a warm welcome, helping to unload the car, explaining all we needed to know and giving some useful tips :)

Suzanne and Robert are superb hosts! Their flat is very nicely furnished and is close to everything! While you have an assigned parking, I did not need to use it. If you are traveling on your own driving a car there is plenty of parking around. Traveling via rail, the station is just a few steps away. There are all sorts of conveniences all around this apartment. My favorite was the local boulangerie (bakery), so close that you can even feel it in the air. Old Annecy and the Lake are just minutes away walking. The hosts provided a plethora of information of places to visit and things to do. These people are salt of the earth...an awesome couple. It was our pleasure to stay here. God bless!
