The upper floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub), a kitchen with dining area, living space, and a balcony with furniture for relaxing. The entire villa is air-conditioned and child-friendly, with a cot and high chair available.
Outside, you’ll find a heated pool (3.5 x 9 m) with sun loungers, a terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue grill, and dining area, as well as a gym with its own bathroom. An additional small house connects to an outdoor fireplace and covered terrace. The 1,000 m2 garden is fully fenced, offering complete privacy.
