About this house rental
A luxury townhouse ideal for contractors working in the area. We provide the serviced accommodation experience with regular cleaning and looking after you as best as we can during your stay.
There is private parking and very fast wifi. All rooms are lockable and the main entrance is via smart lock (No need for keys). Each room has a large TV with all the latest apps installed.
A common area has a sofa and dining table for resting and watching a bit of TV with your friends/family/colleagues.

Easy check in details,kitchen was well equipped. WF signal was good throughout the house.Tvs had lots of apps installed ,another plus was Lidl was 1 min walk from Caspien Houses, very conveniently bus stop was outside the property, parking was around the back,although few times it was taken but it wasn't problem to find other spot nearby.

It's usually booked out as individual rooms as each room as a code lock on it. However as a whole house, although sufficient in general with all the facilities available, the lounge area was not really big enough for a family. There is only a sofa which we managed to squeeze 3 on to and a single armchair, so we had to buy two camping chairs as although plenty of garden chairs they weren't comfortable all evening. Lidl was right next door which was great as we just popped in for what we needed, but it was on an industrial area and the main road through it so the traffic was constant during the day and with streetlights right outside, it was quite light in the bedrooms. The house had had a basic clean, however, nothing had been moved as their was dust/dirt etc when items were moved, sofa, toaster etc..
Communication with the owners was fantastic and they were very accommodating to us when we asked for things such as extra towels. a broom etc..
