About this villa rental
The space
Located in quiet and serene Kumeu, in a secure gated residence community, this luxurious villa is the perfect place for a family vacation, for up to 11 persons. With 4-5 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a home theatre, a large lawn, a massive private pool and a fantastic hot spring spa/jacuzzi, plenty of activities, full set of outdoor chairs and furniture and everything you need or want for a pleasant stay among family and friends.
It is a great location, close to the centre of Kumeu, 15 minutes away from Muriwai Bay, and 35 minutes from Auckland Airport.
Our property is stunning and incredibly spacious. The ballroom easily host up to 50 guests, and the outdoor lawn spans over 2,000 sqm.
We’d love to host your next event! However, if you plan to have more than eight day guests (not staying), an event charge will apply. ( $500 NZD for the first 20 guests, with an additional $25 per person thereafter. )
We have over 20 chairs and a big quality gazebo for guests to set up outdoors.

We booked this place before there were many photos up. We were so impressed when we arrived by how beautiful the house was. I almost wish we were staying for longer. The rooms were massive, the house itself was huge, with so much space that the 8 adults we had in there kept losing each other in random rooms. Heaps of space in the kitchen for communal meals. There were plenty of activities with the spa, pool, pool table, pinball machine. The projector screen was really neat and meant there wasn't a big ugly TV in our photos.Really close to vineyards and wedding venues, a great place to stay with friends.

Beautiful would be a understatement. We really loved our stay here, so much that we didn’t want to check out and instead extend our stay. Daisys home was perfect for my daughters 1st Birthday weekend. Plenty of beds, space and activites for the kids to have fun and keep busy. Pool and spa would probably have been the highlight of our stay, even though we booked during winter. House is quite isolated, so you really get the country side feeling with all the land, trees and animals (sheep, pigs). Daisy was the best host, had no problems. She was a great help in ensuring my daughters day ran smoothly. Would highly recommend this home to anyone.

This was the perfect location for my daughter's birthday weekend. The house was warm and welcoming with every bedroom well thought out. The pool and spa pool were both very clean and well taken care of. Great communication by the property manager. Will definitely book again (and again!). The perfect retreat while still being close to cafes, supermarket and more.
