This spacious 1000 square foot condo features 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a 1 car garage and a private boat dock! Views of the marina can be enjoyed from inside or from the deck. Snuggle up in front of the wood-burning fireplace on cold winter nights. As of June 30, 2021 this condo will only be available for 31 night stays.

Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.

We were very happy with the property. To our surprise, there was Wifi and ROKU set up on the televisions, which made my 3 littles very happy. Kitchen and powder room were recently updated. Bedrooms were comfortable. Only negative thing was the blinds in the master bedroom, they were broken and didn't allow us to close them at night. Loved the view of the harbor, we enjoyed watching the ducks swim and boats passing by from the patio. This location was great since it was away from the resort area at Stateline which allowed for more peace and quiet. Will definitely come back!
*TIP* Keep 3rd floor windows open for best air circulation in the house --no air conditioning.
