This 3 bedroom and 2 full bath cottage is a hidden gem! The open living room and kitchen area offers room to gather, and a sleeper sofa. The1st bedroom has two queen size beds, the 2nd bedroom two fulls and the 3rd bedroom a full and a twin. This cottage will sleep a total of 10 people comfortably. This rental is a duplex. - Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
