Feelin Beachy - Heated pool, 5 min walk to the beach!

Our 2 story NEWLY REMODELED townhome features an open concept living & dining area with a beautiful kitchen. We do have a small fenced in area out back perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. Our upstairs balcony is perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the town or enjoy our heated pool. The best part, Feelin' Beachy is a quick, 3-5 minute walk to the beach.

Feelin' Beachy offers 2 spacious floors for our guests to enjoy living the island life. Our first floor offers an open living room, kitchen and dining area perfect for entertaining friends and family. We have a small fenced in area out back that is also accessible from the first floor. We do allow guests to use the attached garage for extra parking. You'll also find a bedroom and bathroom on this floor. The second floor has 3 separate bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a loft style room and a laundry room. The loft has a bunk bed with both beds twin size, a couch and TV. Attached to 2 of the upstairs rooms you'll find a patio perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze and a nice view of the town. All bedrooms, including the loft, have cable TVs! Our kitchen is stocked with all basic pots and pans ready for you to cook and serve your guests. Also in the kitchen we have a margarita machine for you to enjoy a frozen marg or two. Keurig machine is also ready for you to enjoy a morning cup of coffee with Keurig pods provided!

Friendly reminders and rules for Feelin' Beachy:

-Must be 25 years or older to book. (Insurance purposes)
-The condo is a NO SMOKING zone. Please do not smoke inside. ($500 fee enforced)
-Please do not have more people than allowed stay over night.
-You can jam but no excessively loud music. Port Aransas enforces quiet time at 11 pm.
-Towels and linens provided in the condo are NOT intended for beach use. Please do not remove any towels or lines from the condo. Any missing or damaged towels or linens will be charged for.
-Please do not leave condo doors open.
-DO NOT OPEN CONDO WINDOWS! They are storm windows and very hard to shut. If opened and then damaged while trying to shut, you will be charged for repair or replacement of window. (They are not cheap)
-We DO NOT ALLOW GRILLING OF ANY KIND AT THE CONDO! We have fake turf out back that will burn. If this occurs there will be a $500-$1000 fee to replace what was burnt. If you absolutely must grill, please do so out front on the gravel yard.
-We want to keep our condo cute and clean for all of our guests. It will be checked and inventoried before check-in and immediately after departure. Any property damage, big or small, will be charged for. Any missing items will also be charged for.
-Please for all that is good and holy, DO NOT CLEAN FISH on the property. There are a few options around town for you to do so!
-The condo is not child proof, please be with your children at all times.
-The condo is not stocked with beach chairs or towels. Please come prepared with these items.
-WiFI is provided; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
-Absolutely NO subscribing to channels or ordering movies. All unauthorized purchases will be charged for.
-We completely understand that you are on vacation and we respect that. With that said, we do not ask that you make the place sparkle, but we do ask that you treat our space as you would your own home. If the condo is excessively dirty an additional cleaning fee will be enforced
-Guests can access the entire condo except for the locked housekeeping closet.

Feelin' Beachy offers parking for 2 vehicles in front of the condo. There is over flow parking as well in the front of the complex or along the street next to us Gracies way.
