Located just a 5-minute drive from the vibrant Lake Forest Park Town Center, you'll have easy access to a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars. Yet, our home is perfectly tucked away on a peaceful street—offering you the best of both worlds! Sink into the comfort of our premium mattress, relax amid high-end furnishings, and enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. For outdoor enthusiasts, the scenic trails of Saint Edward Park are just a quick drive away, perfect for a walk with your four-legged friend.
The home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is 2390 sqft. This is a 3-story house with few steps to entry.
**Floor Plan**
• Main Floor: Living room with queen sofa bed, smart TV, kitchen, coffee bar, dining, office space & half bath, deck with outdoor furniture. Heating & cooling.
• Second Floor: Master loft bedroom with king bed, master bathroom with bathtub & shower combo. Secret closets which are served as kid's bedroom with twin bunk beds and playroom. Heating.
• Lower Floor: Second living room with smart TV & dining. Two bedrooms with queen beds, a hallway bathroom with bathtub & shower shower combo. Heating only.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• The house sits at the end of a very long and steep driveway. There are only two houses at the end of the long driveway. Please drive carefully each way.
• This home has stairs and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• The garage is not available for parking but there is plenty of parking in the driveway.
• Master bedroom has one wall open to the downstairs and no bedroom door to the stairwell/front door.
**Other things to note**
• Outdoor camera located at front door, facing the driveway.
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.

• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

This was a beautiful spot, well decorated and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with. The upstairs bedroom and bunk beds were ok for a short time, but would be hard for a longer stay since they were less private (opened to the areas downstairs). Bedding was also not provided for the bunk beds, but we were able to accommodate with other blankets in the home. The kitchen was well stocked - coffee set up was wonderful - and the views were amazing. We appreciated having our family stay in a calm, residential area. We would happily recommend this home to another family.

This house exceeded our expectations. Great layout with much more space than we thought. Stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Great communication with the owner. The three floors let us all spread out (let the kids have their own space to play so the adults can have their own space). We loved it! (Two families - 4 adults and 3 kids)

This is such a beautiful home to enjoy the beauty of Washington in. Me, my husband, adult daughter, and two doodles spent the month of December here. We explored the entire west side of Washington and had this lovely home to return to each evening to relax and unwind. There is a bathroom on each level and two living rooms to spread out in. The views are gorgeous and there are plenty of windows with lots of natural light.The near wrap around porch has a lovely sitting area with a fire pit and another in back has a hot tub. Even without a fenced yard, our dogs easily stayed close at hand on this very private lot.The host was easy to contact and answered any questions we had quickly. We all miss this home so much already.

The home was very comfortable, we lived that there were multiple work stations available, the scenery was stunning, the space was clean, and cozy! We absolutely loved the ease of how instructions were communicated, we had everything we needed at/before we thought to ask so thank you for that!!
