Listen.... the listing could not do this place justice. We arrived and were blown away. We went for the Cannes Lions and ended up skipping most of our vacation to spend time there. It is perfect.
Pros:
-Since it's in the hills, much cooler at night and not so hot.
-Very nice neighborhood
-It's STUNNING
-We had an ant problem and the lovely house keeper came to us at 10:30pm to help.
Cons:
-2 rooms have twin beds
-Traffic to Cannes beaches can be 1 hour. (but worth it)

We had such an enjoyable and memorable stay at this lovely villa! The location can't be beat: 20mins to Nice airport, 15mins to Cannes, and 5mins from the most beautiful hilltop village. The property is stunning and very authentic feeling. the kitchen and all the beautiful serving ware were a delight to cook with. The host was very quick to fix a wifi issue that we had. We loved our stay here and would defintley come back!

Beautifull house on private property, quite with nice heated pool. Looks and feels like paradise in Mourgins, close distance to Cannes and Nice airport.
Would give 6-star recommendation.
