Spectacular panoramic views over an olive grove, the countryside and the Alpes Maritime. Fabulous recently renovated family villa located on a peaceful country lane near Valbonne, Mougins and Sophia Antipolis.

20 minutes by car to CANNES, Antibes and the beaches of the French Riviera. Short drive into the mountains and the chateau villages of the Alpes Maritime.

A beautiful family house, completely renovated to a very high standard with quality fittings and furnishings providing luxurious accommodation for up to 16 people.

The property offers 381 m2 of living space with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms (the 6 bedrooms are air-conditioned), spacious living room with outdoor dining terrace and spectacular views, second large living room or TV den and a fantastic modern family kitchen with dining area.

Set in over 2700m2 of lawned garden there are breathtaking views over the countryside – across the olive groves to the mountains in the distance. The garden, featuring olive, fig and pear trees, alongside lavender and lemongrass, is laid out in wide lawned terraces with a fabulous 14m x 6m heated swimming pool surrounded by a pool terrace with sun loungers, gazebos, umbrellas and an outdoor family gas BBQ. Very private and not overlooked, the villa is located at the end of a peaceful country lane in a quiet residential area.

Parking for 5+ cars inside the gated villa lot.

Additional amenities include ping-pong, pétanque (Boules), foosball (table football), pool loungers, Fatboy loungers, hammock, SONOS audio throughout and a professional WiFi mesh installation for fast (fiber) internet coverage, etc. Please note the pool can be heated, upon request, for an additional charge (EUR 250 per week of booking)

Suitable for families with children – baby crib, highchairs, toys, games, puzzles, books, PlayStation and DVDs available.

Please note minimum stay rules [up-to one week being required] are sometimes applicable for this property. Please note that check-in and check-out on Saturdays are sometimes applicable for this property. This is particularly relevant during the Côte d'Azur high season which starts in June, peaks in July and August and sometimes extends into September.

Please note that once the booking is confirmed, a short-term rental contract will be made available for signature of both host and guest; separately, passport copies of all adult guests (>18) staying at the property will be requested prior to check-in.

- Event planning and weddings only considered, with prior consent
- No loud music or loud noise permitted outdoors after 10pm

- Guests de-facto agree that a violation of the above rules will result in the loss of the damage deposit

Beautiful villa and location
Beautiful villa in a gorgeous location. Great views of the gorge and mountains, very tranquil and relaxing. About a 10 minute walk downhill to Valbonne, which is a great little village. Otherwise easy to drive anywhere else.Host and crew were great to work with, kitchen pretty well stocked as far as tools and utensils and cookware. The outdoor seating and views were wonderful.

Valbonne Villa
Property is in an excellent position and condition and is exactly as described. We were a party of 16 and at maximum capacity there was a need to be flexible with sleeping allocation, but finally the layout worked just about by utilising the futon beds. Lower floor bedrooms suffered a little from not having air-conditioning as did the kitchen/diner due to late night noise curfew and all needing to be inside. The pool area is getting a bit tired with the paving and pool tiles not in the best condition but this did not hinder our enjoyment of this high specification villa. Communication with Sammy and Ruby the housekeeper was faultless and made for a super easy check in and out process and this makes our stay in this particular villa stand out for us. Valbonne is wonderful town with great amenities and a fantastic market on Fridays along with a variety of great restaurants with the rest of the Riviera on your doorstep. We had a wonderful week and would highly recommend this villa. Thankyou Sammy for your attention to detail and customer service - greatly appreciated.

Det perfekte sommerhuset i sør-Frankrike
Hvis du booker denne - da blir du ikke skuffet. Vårt reisefølge var på 15 personer (3 familier) og bassengområdet, fellesarealer inne og antall rom var stort nok for oss. Balkongen/terrassen utenfor stuen i andre etasje ble mye brukt til felles måltider. Bassenget og bassengområdet var helt strålende, og jeg lengter allerede tilbake særlig til akkurat dette. Aircondition på tre soverom oppe, og ikke i stue/kjøkken og etasje under, gikk helt fint (i juli). Valbonne ligger 20 min spasertur unna (3 min med bil), og var veldig koselig. Trekker også frem den veldig betryggende og grundige dialogen med utleier hele vegen fra forespørsel/booking til oppholdet. Rask og presis kommunikasjon, som ikke kunne vært bedre.

Relaxation in Valbonne
We had a wonderful stay for three families at this home in Valbonne. The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning units worked very well. The black out shades were good for sleeping in and kid naps. The pool was a great temp and used as much as we could during a rainy week. The kitchen is large and well equipped. We have zero complaints. We loved the nearby village Valbonne and spent a fair amount of time walking back and forth. It is about a 15/20 minute walk and does require a fair hike back to the house, but it was a fun walk every time.

Amazing villa!
We loved this villa! We had high expectations of Villa Lou Bella and it definitely didn't let us down. We stayed for a wonderful week in August. We were a large family group with ages ranging from 2 to 76 years and we all had a fabulous time. The villa was large and beautifully presented with plenty of room inside and out for our group of 15. Tranquil location with gorgeous views and only a short distance from idyllic Valbonne. Communication with the property owner was great - Sammy, the owner and Ruby, the housekeeper were easily available should we have had any issues during our stay. I would 100% recommend Villa Lou Bella. It was the perfect setting for a fabulous holiday!

Fabulous house, in a lovely location
We had a brilliant time in Sammy's house. It's beautifully located and appointed. It's worth checking the grouping and layout of bedrooms works for your group as they're in a few separate clusters, which luckily worked well for us but might not for everyone. Sammy was amazingly helpful during our stay and we'd stay there again without hesitation.

Great venue for a large family holiday with space for everyone
Great space inside and outside for a large family/ group holiday. We had 10 people staying and each were catered for. The outside space around the pool and up on the veranda is superb and ideally located to the lovely village Valbonne and surrounding restaurants.

Outstanding and a Beautiful spot in the France!
A wonderful spot in southern France that allowed walking to Valbonne and a short drive to Nice, Cannes, Monoco, Biot, Gourdon, Antibes, etc... The home handled two families easily and the outdoor dining was stunning. Highly recommend.

Un séjour suberbe dans la maison Lou Bella!
Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique à la maison Lou Bella. La maison était très spacieuse, propre et joliment décorée.Nous avons apprécié la fantastique piscine avec une belle terrasse adjacente. Cela vaut vraiment la peine de revenir.
