About this apartment rental

La Darsena di Riva Grande is located in Moltrasio, an ancient village on Lake Como just 3 km from Cernobbio and 5 km from the center of Como.
The property is located in a very quiet place and overlooks the lake that can be reached by an internal staircase. Outside a private Balcony/Solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas from which to admire the beauty of Lake Como. During the winter season the Dock and the Solarium are closed because they are not heated. The entire area is swimmable and from the balcony you can dive directly into the lake and then use the stairs adjacent to the balcony for the ascent. It is possible to have a temporary berth and you can rent a boat for a trip to Bellagio.
