This is a lovely compact villa above the village of Moltrasio. It is easy to find and there are two parking bays opposite which are very useful as the on-street parking is very full. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were fitted out well, although a few more lights would be useful. The pool looked inviting, and I'm sure would be very welcome in the summer. It was a perfect place for a short break with friends.
A few more lights in the bedrooms and bathrooms would be helpful. A map of the different walking routes down into the village would be useful - there are many different stairways leading down and we only discovered the most direct one three days into the stay!

The property was perfect for us - two grandparents (70s), two parents (40s) and two kids (8 & 10). The view was spectacular and the pool was amazing for our small group. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to relax and sit. The kitchen had great appliances and the washer/dryer was a game changer for us. I loved that everyone had their own bathroom and Moltrasio was a great location on Lake Como - we hiked and biked and toured easily.
The kitchen was awkwardly shaped, so we weren't able to cook meals easily (we were at the house for a week so it made a difference) and the garbage system was a little complicated. We weren't able to find the spare dish cloths, toilet paper, and sheets (again, likely only relevant because we were there so long) but these are very minor things on an absolutely wonderful trip. I also wouldn't recommend this location to anyone with mobility issues - lots of steps to deal with.
