This Beautiful 1 bed condo has a Sunset Ocean View and is perfectly located in the heart of Kona! The kitchen is brand new, and the bathroom has a new walk in shower. You will love the short walking distance to all that Kona has to offer. Walk across the street to beaches, snorkeling spots, restaurants, bars, shops, historical landmarks. You will love having coffee in the morning and listening to the waves from the Oversized Lanai that overlooks Ali'i Drive and the Pacific Ocean. The condo is perfectly appointed with everything you need for your Hawaiian Holiday. You will enjoy the Pool, BBQ Grill Deck, A/C, Washer & Dryer, Furnished Kitchen, Snorkel Gear, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella, WIFI. There is also parking under the building. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. There isn't a view, unless you want to see the building behind you and hear the local bar scene.
The hide-a-bed is large but very uncomfortable.
The king sized bed is the closest to sleeping in a marshmallow that I've ever experienced. It's very soft with many pillows and sheets that don't breathe.
The host is very nice! The apartment wasn't ready until a couple hours after the check in time, however, the host was very communicative.
The location is convenient to touristy restaurants and shopping.
