Location is convenient.
Cleaning fees are charged for $201, but Evolve/hosts gave us instructions to do washing and drying towels and stripping bedding. Thought that's part of their cleaning obligations and first time I heard about such rules. Did what they asked us to do to avoid them charging more cleaning fees, but can't help wondering why we had to do that.
On the site the pictures are lightened in color to give a modern feel of the condo, but it's actually a dated condo with old amenities. It also said the location is within walking distance or about 2000 feet from Magic Sands Beach; in reality, that beach is 4 miles away from the condo. That info needs to be corrected to avoid misleading impressions.
