Pet Friendly! Firepit! 1/2 acre fenced in yard! Completely renovated ranch home just east of The Strip in a neighborhood of mostly full time residents. Backyard features an area to sun and a large shaded back lot with firepit and pergola. Lake Erie is in walking distance.

This house was in a great location. We were able to walk to the strip for all the festivities. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Home was very clean and had all the essentials needed for a couple night stay.

Positive: Location was great. Home was very clean.Negative: no central A/C. There was a floor unit in the kitchen and dining area, but none in the living room and only one of the two bedrooms had a window unit. Listing also stated there was 1 queen bed and 1 king bed, but both were queen beds. The storm door handle kept falling off.Overall a pleasant stay other than warm temperatures inside due to 90 degree plus days.Price was reasonable compared to other properties in the area.
