The property was as good as advertised in the photos and all of the amenities - kayaks, ping pong, BBQ etc - were in great shape. We loved the large Pecan trees on the property and we spent most of the weekend floating and relaxing down on the river. There is some construction happening on the next lot, but it never bothered our group.
The location is close to many shops and restaurants if you need to grab some provisions, but we mostly just hung out at the house.
Our host, Paige, was super responsive. She provided all the relevant information ahead of time and made it easy for our group. Thank you Paige!

Great weekend getaway. House was clean and communication was great.
Our only issue was the bunkroom was too hot to stay in, so we lost an entire room :/
