About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a detached holiday home in Palio, one of the most beautiful suburbs of Kavala. In about 3000 square meters of Mediterranean and terraced gardens donate stately palms and ancient olive trees shadow. Lemon-, mandarin-, orange trees and many more set color accents in every season; small oasis to recharge your batteries and let the thoughts flow while overlooking the bay of Palio and the sea. The in January 2017 completely renovated apartment offers with its 2 bedrooms and living room with open kitchen, space for four people. The integrated in the living area kitchen is well equipped for your needs during the holiday season. A dishwasher is also available. A TV with Satellite channels, DVD player, stereo and lots of books and board games for the whole family provide entertainment at home.
One of the bedrooms has direct access to the 20 sqm large veranda with a great view to the sea. The second bedroom looks out to the garden, which can be reached directly via a terrace. The new, modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. The child-friendly sandy beach is about 150 m. You must not cross any main road to reach it. The shallow water is ideally suited for small children. Your can park your car directly and safe on the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The amenities were excellent – everything was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The location was great and Kalliopi was a wonderful host. Most importantly, we felt extremely comfortable and at home throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend it!

Ideal beach hangout in a not overcrowded village. The apartment was comfortable and had a fantastic sea view. The owner is very helpfull.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay in this apartment. Delightful view and location, at a 2-minute walk to and from the beach. The apartment is extremely well-equiped. A 5-star rental place, overall. Very pleased.
