Proprietarul raspunde prompt la solicitari.
Vila este foarte spatioasa, este curata si ingrijita. Vila este dotata cu tot ce trebuie pentru gatit si spalat, incluziv un gratar. Internetul este bun.
Spatiul verde este ingrijit.
Langa gardul vilei incap usor 4 autoturisme, se poate parca si in interiorul curtii dar spatiul de manevra este cam redus.
Zona este linistita, Palio nu este o statiune turistica.
Locatia este apropiata de plaja (cateva minute de mers pe jos). Plaja este mare, cu nisip fin, si in apa este tot nisip, fara bolovani, nu sunt necesari cipici. In apropiere se afla 2 taverne cu mancare ieftina.
Ar trebui ca in toate camerele sa existe prize de ambele parti ale patului.
Ideal ar fi fost sa mai existe un dus, eventual in curte. Faptul ca sunt doua dusuri in aceeasi sala de baie nu ajuta foarte mult.
Un singur uscator de rufe plus sarmele agatate de balcon nu sunt suficiente, ar trebui dotata cu cel putin inca doua uscatoare de rufe.
In curte nu exista umbra in cursul zilei, palmierii sunt mult mai mici decat in fotografii :-)

The villa was very specious and very well decorated, it had all the basics you would need, every room has an aircon, the garden was nice and big, the host was extremely friendly and helpful, overall we had a great experience.
Everything was great, the only thing was the serviced beach was a bit far to walk to in the heat but they do offer free parking.

The property is amazing! Spacious, enough light from everywhere, further away from the road so it is pretty quiet and the best thing was the garden. Enough place for kids to play, bbq, and to gets some sun. The house is close to a good restaurant and there is a small shop also nearby. Kiki is very polite and responsive, she made us feel welcomed and helped us with everything what we need. Next time we are booking it again!

The house is very comfortable, modern and with an amazing garden and view. The place is very communicative. Nearby is Kavala and its old city. There are so many amazing beaches nearby. The hostess was very sunny and kind. Thank you very much:)
