Designed for up to 12 guests, this home features:
• Enclosed sunporch with wall-to-wall windows overlooking Ocean, an abundance of comfortable seating, and 3 TWIN DAYBEDS
• 1 King Bedroom – shared bathroom
• 4 Queen Bedrooms – (1 with private ensuite)
• Custom Built-in Bunk Beds in Hallway with 4 Twin Beds
• Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, dishwasher, and ice machine
Outdoor Oasis
• Private beach access – Oceanfront Property
• Expansive ocean-facing decks and sunporch
• Ample parking in a private lot across the street
Prime Location
Just a short walk to the Folly Beach Pier and local favorites like Taco Boy, Rita's, and Snapper Jacks. Only 20 minutes from historic downtown Charleston.

The home is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Our group loved that it is a family home filled with the history of the house. It was such a special location to ring in the new year. Walking distance to restaurants & coffee but still felt far enough away. We cannot wait to stay here again!

What a gem! Very charming, comfortable, large deck, walking distance to the pier, restaurants, bars. Loved the history with all the old photographs! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Folly Beach!

What an incredibly special beach cottage! This is a little hidden gem. From the minute we unlocked the door, we were blown away! Imagine a home that is the perfect combination of a luxury hotel and the comfort of your grandparent's house. There is room for the whole family to spread out and relax. Everything was perfectly clean, fully stocked, wonderfully appointed. Check in and check out was a breeze and the few questions we had were promptly answered. The beach access is like stepping onto your own little slice of heaven every morning. Sunrise and sunset were both easily viewed and stunning every day. We watched dolphins while enjoying local food on the back porch (there are numerous options on DoorDash, we good food delivered from Charleston as well as the seafood shack and taco truck right down the street). We made some very special memories, had zero complaints, and left feeling relaxed and nostalgic. Seriously, we cannot thank the property owners enough for offering up this gorgeous vacation spot.
