Guests enter The Penthouse by taking the exterior stairs on the side of the building to the second floor, entering the covered balcony and entering the front door of the penthouse. Once you enter the front door, you will find an open floor plan layout with vaulted ceilings between the living room, dining area and kitchen. There are four bedrooms located off of the kitchen and living room areas. There are two additional loft rooms accessible via the staircase near the dining table. The galley-style kitchen, dining room and living room areas have ocean views through the sliding doors that lead to the penthouse's private, covered balcony. Off-street parking for up to 3 cars is included in the rental rate. Note there is NO ELEVATOR at this home.
The Penthouse is located within a residential condominium community. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.

We had a holiday family reunion here and the space and location was perfect. Loved how we could see the ocean from the balcony and be able to walk to everything. All the amazing restaurants, shops, pier, market and coffee shops were just out our door. This was our first time to this area and plan to come back.

We love this condo for our annual family holiday gatherings. There is a bedroom for each sibling/partner plus loft sleeping for the kids. The open living area / kitchen works great to keep everyone together with lots of space to spread out. The location is perfect - next to Bert's Market, steps from town, and a beautiful ocean view. We love it! It does require lots of steps so not suitable for everyone.
The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and plenty of counter space for everyone's special items. We will be back again soon!

We had a beautiful relaxing stay at the Penthouse in Folly Beach. The place was clean and bright and spacious. It was the perfect spot for our girls’ getaway.

5/5 location - super walkable and towels/linens were clean. The penthouse itself is spacious, but it's showing wear and tear from frequent large groups.Since it's a top-floor unit above other condos, nose seems to travel easily. We received 2 noice warnings on a Thursday night while just listening to music and playing board games in the living room, which was surprising and a bit frustrating. I would totally understand if we were blasting music outside, but with a group of 9, you shouldn't feel the need to tip toe around.
