About the property
Lower Vines has the grandeur of a Georgian townhouse whilst being in the heart of a chocolate box town in the South Hams complete with a fantastic selection of shops and restaurants and only a short drive from some of the UK's most beautiful beaches.
At the top of town in Kingsbridge, a historic market town on the water, Lower Vines is all high ceilings and immaculate finishes. Large sash windows throughout mean that even on grey days there’s abundant natural light in the property, and its perfect form gives the impression of being much larger than it is.
A spacious living area, with plenty of comfy seating and a television for when you need to wind down at the end of the day, flows neatly into a kitchen/dining area. The kitchen, in turn, has glass doors leading to an outside terrace area – perfect for alfresco dining in the summer months. The bedroom features under floor heating, a double bed, and also has double doors leading out onto the patio. There is an en-suite wet room with shower, in which contemporary design gives it a sense of luxury.

Kingsbridge is a historic market town that also has the benefit of having an active residential community, giving rise to a welcoming, warm atmosphere, and lots of boutique shops and restaurants to explore – all accessible on foot from this property. Stroll down the hill and you will reach the water’s edge, where various pubs offer food and drink with a sea view. Kingsbridge is also only a short drive from the popular sailing town of Salcombe, as well as a variety of beautiful beaches including the surfing haven at Bantham, the beautiful North Sands, picturesque South Milton and many, many more.
