Each unit offers a living area anda kitchen, with one being a3 bedrooms unit and the other a 6 bedroom unit. There is an additional unit withfun and activitiessuch as a pool table, kids’ playroom, a gym and a relaxing living room. Distributed over 3000 m² is the impressive great outdoor areawith10 parking spaces, four bicycles, olive trees, stone paved terraces, covered lounge areas with comfortable garden furniture, a50m² swimming pool within a green oasis, a children’s playground and a barbecue house with a summer kitchen and a dining table fit for 22 occupants.Pool heating is available in off season. Beach isonly100 meters away.With nine bedrooms 18 adult guest are comfortably accommodated. Option to accommodate four more on the sofa beds is possible.With only 19 kilometers east of Split - Jeseniceis small tranquil settlement on the Dalmatian coast ideal for enjoying clearbluewaters of the Adriatic away from the crowded tourist destinations.Here, the locals spend their time producing olive oil, goats’ cheese and preserving anchovies. The cuisine is richinfresh seafood, olivesand delicious Malvasian wine. From here take an easy excursion to the nearby islandsandvisita UNESCO World Heritageproclaimed Old Town Trogir.For transparency:please account for 800 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection.The hosts may use an apartment on the premises with a different entrance at times, quietly and out of sight of guests. This house is exceptionally well suited for a large family. It is divided into three spacious apartments and features a large and enjoyable outdoor area. The location is unique right by beautiful beaches, with shops within walking distance. There’s even a small restaurant just a short walk away. I highly recommend this house!

We were a big friends and family group - 9 adults and 6 small children. This villa was perfect for us, with 3 x 3-bedroom apartments so plenty of space for everyone. The communal areas are perfect - plenty of space and activities for adults and kids.
Great location: the beach is just a short walk and there are plenty of lovely local restaurants in the vicinity.
Owners are on-site and Ivana was super helpful with anything during the course of our stay.
