About this villa rental
We are the family that run this property .We consider that all our Guests should enjoy our villa as it's own, to relax and enjoy local areas and food. Any wish we would help to make true. Villa is located away from center of Kastel Sucurac, car transportation is recommended(we can provide medium size car for all Guests attending villa more than 5 days).

In nature villa is well-equipped and modern holiday home stretched on three 3 separate apartment in villa (1 apartment per floor).
Ground floor 55m2 or 590 square feet
1st floor 100m2 or 1700 square feet
2nd floor 100m2 or 1700 square feet
Play room (50m2 /535 sqm)on the ground floor consists of professional billiard, have basic gym accessories, darts, football table ,table tennis ,snorkeling accessories for beach, kids toys ,including toilet.
We can organize rent a car or transfers thru our partner company with a competitive fare.
Outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with fireplace for BBQ , Owen, refrigerator, dishwasher.
Villa have a heated swimming pool(can reach temperature 5 degrees higher than last 3 days average temperature).
Spacious sunbathing area with sun loungers perfect for all guests to get together, relaxing around the pool.
For maximum enjoyment Villa can accommodate 12 guests (possible to accommodate 14 if agreed*additional payment)-please confirm with us.
Total of 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
Villa have plot of almost 500 square meters around it(5000 sq feet).Beautiful old Olive trees, palm trees, yuccas, orange trees and many other nice plants.
Property is located in safe area, and its 100 % private and fenced.
Villa is perfect for families with children or group of friends who want a comfortable holiday rental close to the sea and beach, nearby Split and Trogir in peaceful and safe environment.
All floors are fully equipped with Dishwasher, Washing machine,
Flat screen TVs/ Satellite and Microwave, toaster.
There are 6 parking lots and place for boat trailer up to 10 meter long.
Ground floor has 1 big living room with sofa bad, kitchen , 1 bedroom with double size bed, bathroom and terrace- can sleep 4(extra bed available).
1 st floor has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen, big terrace and one loggia- can sleep 7(extra bed available).
2nd floor with nice gallery has 2 double bedrooms, single room, living room with sofa bed, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and big terrace-can sleep 7 sleeps(extra bed available) .
We have extra baby cots,baby high chair .
Property is 120 meters away from road and have beautiful sea and mountain view from all floors.
Split ,Trogir are just 10 minutes away and there is Marina Kastela 3 minutes away.

Can’t recommend this villa enough
It is off a main road so a car or cabs are needed but it’s everything a family could ask for . The pool is lovely , the rooms are immaculate and the hosts go above and beyond to make your holiday the best . Thank you so much for our family holiday ;)

Our recent holiday stay was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The house itself was beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The host even drove us to the local store and served us pancakes for breakfast, adding a delightful personal touch to our stay. They were always available to offer assistance with anything we needed, making us feel truly cared for.
The swimming pool was another highlight of our stay—spotlessly clean with excellent sun exposure throughout the day, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and fun.
The only downside was the location's accessibility. Walking to nearby places, especially the store, was not very convenient due to the lack of sidewalks. This minor inconvenience aside, our stay was fantastic in every way.
Overall, we highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a wonderful holiday experience.

From the minute we booked the villa the communication was great, nothing was too much they helped us with transfer to and from villa.
On arrival Dario and his family went above and behond to make our stay perfect. Left us a welcome pack and some home made pancakes and fresh bread.
Also his wife offered to take us to the supermarket and back. Which we really appriciated.
I would highly recommended this villa and hope to go back again in the future.

We stayed at the Villa the first week of August this year as a large group of 12 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room and the 3 apartment setup over the 3 floors allows families and friends to have their own space.The hosts were fantastic. Dario and his family were always available if we needed anything and surprised us with pancakes for breakfast on one of the days!As others have pointed out, if you want to walk to the shops/beach there’s about a 200 yard walk down a busy road with no pavement. We didn’t find this an issue but groups with children and less able travellers should be aware. There’s a Lidl and large supermarket within 10-12 minute walk and an UBER is only about £3 back to the Villa.We’d highly recommend this Villa and would visit it again. Thank you Dario and family for making it such a lovely stay
