Villa Ratto is a private two-acre family estate that has been passed down to the next generation. The estate is nestled among the stunning California Redwoods in historic Cazadero. It is the perfect setting for a memorable vacation with family and friends or a romantic couple's getaway. Plus, it’s the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and balance yourself with nature.
The grounds offer a large grassy area for outdoor games such as volleyball and badminton and a campfire ring in back for a relaxing evening by a warm fire.
The newly remodeled contemporary style accommodation showcases simplicity, style, and comfort. The main room with it vaulted wood beam ceilings features a large living room area, an open gourmet kitchen, and a spacious dining area that seats up to ten guests.
The living room area with its stone fireplace includes a comfortable and spacious leather sofa.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes professional cookware, 2 sinks, double ovens, ample prep areas, gas cook top, wine refrigerator, and quartz stone counter tops.
The master suite has a king size bed with a private bathroom. The master bath showcases a large walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. The two guest bedrooms are spacious with queen size beds and large closets.

This was our 2nd time staying at Villa Ratto. We will be back again! The house is set up with everything you could possibly want/need in a vacation home. The host is exceptional- responsive and helpful. The setting is beautiful and offers privacy/quiet yet is close enough if you want to go grab something to eat! We love it here and are anxious to come back!

Villa Ratto is it for us! Since 2013, my family of 3, my sister’s family of 3 and my parents (who are in their mid 70’s) have been vacationing together. We have never once stayed in the same house twice. However, after our week at Villa Ratto that will change. We cannot wait to come back. The yard is amazing! We played kick ball in the back, went “snipe hunting”, the kids floated in the creek, we enjoyed both patios and even roasted hot dogs and marshmallows in the fire. The house was spacious enough for all of us, and the kitchen is well stocked. The host had thought of everything you could need and is generous with supplies. He’s very responsive and helpful as well. 10/10! Highly recommended!!

This house is spectacular; has everything and anything you will ever need! Fantastic location to either Guerneville, Duncan Mills and the coast (Goat Rock Beach a must)! House was impeccably clean and the access to Austin Creek behind the home was great for our dog to romp around in.
