About this apartment rental
Near the Chateau de Blois (Loir et Cher), in the heart of the city center, rent an apartment on the 3rd floor without elevator. The apartment offers an entrance on a fully equipped kitchenette, cooktop, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes etc ... a living room with a sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, radio CD etc ..., a room with a bed for 2 people (140 cm x190 cm) and a mezzanine with a bed BZ (140 cm x190 cm).
Baby equipment is available (cot with mattress, high chair, changing table and bath).
Nice view of the pedestrian street and the town hall.
Parking in front of the apartment and another 410 places 50 m from the apartment with free spaces.
Rental with a minimum of 2 nights.

Stayed at this home with my wife and two older teenage kids.
The house is in a great location and a short walk to lots of restaurants and 15 min walk to the Blois Gare. Right next to beautiful historic Saint Louis Cathedral and close to the great Denis Papin staircase.The N1/N2 bus (free bus) was close by and really helped to get around. The house was awesome and comfortable. Its is a walk up though (if you have trouble with stairs).
The house was stocked with everything - plates, pots etc and everything needed to cook and have dinner there. We went to the amazing farmers market on Saturday and stocked up on vegetables and pasta and cooked there most nights. But excellent restaurants are very close by.
The owner Gloria was quick to respond with questions and anything we needed.
We had such a great time and would love to stay there again if possible. We were there researching the area because my wife’s mom grew up in Blois during WW2 and live a 20 min a walk away. We still want to explore the area, so we will be back again.

We had a lovely week in Blois. The apartment is right in the heart of the old town of Blois. Very well equipped too. Very reasonably priced too. Gloria was prompt to respond to my queries which was great. She had a powerful fan which helped with the hot days we had.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is exactly as it is described. The loft bedroom is a fun arrangement for the second bedroom.
We stayed in Blois during a relatively hot spell There was great flow though of air, so the temperature inside stayed very comfortable.
The Host, Gloria, was so helpful. She put in extra effort to make sure we had a great stay.

Gloria’s apartment is small but was good accommodation for a family of 3. It is exactly as shown in the photos. The stairs are a bit of a challenge with suitcases. The apartment had everything we needed. The building is quiet and it is in a convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay in Blois. Gloria is a wonderful host. Thank you Gloria !
