Welcome! We’re excited to host you and want your stay to feel easy, private, and truly comfortable from the very first moment.
You’ll enjoy your own private 24-hour front door access with a keypad, so you can come and go anytime you like. The entire unit is fully private for the duration of your stay. Whether you're traveling for business or simply exploring the area, we’re confident you’ll be very happy here.
Step outside and relax in our inviting backyard featuring a huge BBQ and spacious patio area, plus a crystal-clear saltwater pool that’s available for you to enjoy 24/7 at no extra charge. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.
Inside, the unit has a fresh, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere. You’ll absolutely love our extremely comfortable 2 king-size and 2 queen-size beds — designed to give you a restful night’s sleep.
One of the bedrooms includes a convenient little kitchenette with a small refrigerator and all the essentials you might need to feel at home: a teapot, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave — everything for light meals and morning coffee.
The living room sofa easily unfolds into a comfortable sleeper. Extra sheets and blankets are neatly stored inside the sofa for your convenience (please see photos).
In addition, the home features a fully equipped and comfortable kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and utensils for preparing your favorite meals. There is also a cozy dining area with seating for up to 6 guests, perfect for family dinners, group meals, or working comfortably at the table.
Regarding climate control:
There is central AC throughout the house, managed online by the host. The temperature is typically set to 71°F (21.5°C) during summer and 69°F (20.5°C) during winter. While there isn’t a personal AC controller inside the unit, we’re happy to make small adjustments upon request whenever possible.
Please note that on extremely hot days, the indoor temperature may rise slightly — this is normal, as air conditioners have limits depending on the outside heat.
If you feel warm, you’re welcome to use the ceiling fan.
If you feel cool during summertime, you can simply open the windows for fresh air.
There are three additional guest units on the property. Occasionally, you may hear other guests through the walls — this is normal for shared properties.
If you prefer complete silence and total separation, this listing may not be the best fit. However, if you're comfortable with a friendly, shared-property atmosphere while still enjoying your own private space, we would be delighted to host you.

Cute little house just wish we could adjust the air conditioning it was a little warm but over all a nice stay.

So first of all, the bathroom wasn’t located close to the master bedroom. There’s no safety bars for easy access to the shower/bath. The flimsy throw rugs in the bedroom are not secured and a person can trip and fal. The living room furniture is awfully uncomfortable and worn!
