About this apartment rental
The friendly and bright apartment located in the basement (ground floor almost) built our house on the hillside. The Non smoking apartment is ideal for 2 people; by means of a pull-out bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed can sleep if necessary, up to 4 people. And individuals are welcome. Bookings can be made from 3 nights. The apartment costs based on usage time from 35 euros per day for 2 people. - - For children: a nice playground is located 300 meters away!
Comfortably furnished and quiet residential location, the necessary complement to all kinds of activities from here in Dresden and its beautiful surroundings.
The living room has large windows to the sunny garden, which we gain for guest access and seating. The living room has pronounced coziness with 2 armchairs and sofa, satellite TV, radio, eclectic selection of books and information. For this purpose, the kitchen is modern and properly equipped,
a cooking to allow at home.
Our house in the district of Dresden Rockau is situated in an excellent location at the top of the Elbe valley slope about 170 m above the Elbe. This opens a few meters away stunning vistas over the Elbe valley of Dresden and Pirna up to the mountains on the Kamm. Moreover Rockau is surrounded by a vast hiking area and in the conservation area 'banks of the Elbe in Dresden-Pirna and Schönfeld highlands'. Consist of tours, trips and hikes cheap driving opportunities with the car in the center of Dresden, the Saxon Switzerland, Meissen, Moritzburg, the Eastern Ore Mountains, in the Lausitz and the Czech Republic.

Nice place located in the suburbs. For us the location was convenient because we planned to go hiking in the mountains not only visit Dresden and we travelled by car. Very nice and helpful host. The apartment on the ground floor, well equipped and clean. We recommend this place.

Mr. Wilfried was helpful for us. He gave by email enough information about the road to the house and on arrival he provided explanation, maps, brochures for visit Dresden and Saxon Switzerland National Park and other turist information.
We, my husband and I, sincerely thank you, Wilfried, for your kindness.
The house is like in the description on the site, very clean, everything is functional. It’s a good place close to Dresden old city center (10 km by car) and close to roads to main objectives in the region.
We have visited : Pilnitz, Tepla monastery, Becov castle, Meissen, Moritzburg, Pirna, Bad Schandau + Kirnitzhschtal tram, Bastei, etc. And in Dresden : the beautiful churches, palaces, opera house, museums, Altstadt, Neuestadt, grosse garden with VW exhibition and small train operated by children, etc etc.
We’ve like the home where we've spend six days, thank you, Wilfried for comfortable conditions, for kitchen with everything useful, for quiet bedroom, everything clean and functional. We'll recommend your ferienwohnung for friends wishing to visit Dresden.
