To be honest we expected a hotel and not living with the owner in the apartment. However, he was really friendly!!! Asked us about extra wishes for breakfast. He also helped us with the parking situation.
Not allowed to take a key with us unless we pay extra for it. He waited until we came home, so it was not a problem.

Excellent location, safe neighborhood, clean room, bathroom, and kitchen, and a friendly host who was ready to accommodate any request.
One day, we even had a joint outdoor workout, and afterward,
the host invited my roommate and I to a wonderful lunch.
This experience was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Reichliche Zimmerausstattung und viele Extras im Flur
6. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl, Im Zimmer waren über 40Grad Hitze als ich an kam. Nicht das Zimmer vom Bild, sondern das andere Zimmer gegenüber bekommen. Musste mehrere Stunden im Durchzug sitzen um das Zimmer benutzbar zu machen. Vermieter lärmte am Nachmittag vor meinem Zimmer, hat mich angeblich nicht gesehen. Meine Tür war zum lüften teils offen mit Schuhen in dem Spalt. Das war deutlich zu sehen. Am nächsten Morgen nochmals laute Unterhaltung vor meiner Zimmertür mit dem zweiten Gast, während ich noch im Bett lag. Meine Getränke im Kühlschrank wurden teils verlagert, eine Büchse von mir einfach zum Vermieter-Stapel gelegt. Eine Wasserpulle war geöffnet, die ich erst Neu gekauft hatte.
