Nice place, clean, well located. Master bedroom was great, roomy, and that bath was nice. The 2nd full bedroom was also roomy. Both were great for adults. The bunk bedroom was so-so for two adults but perfect for two kids. The upstairs kitchen had plenty counter space. The Dining area was great for 8! The couch/chair area was great for hanging out. The deck was huge and also had a nice sunny day bed and round table seating for outdoor dinner. The hood was nice and neighbors were friendly. The location was quite convenient, just about a 1/3 mile walk down to Seacliff St Beach. The shops at the four corners State Park Dr & Center were super. The Snow White, Marianne's Ice Cream!!, Manuel's Mexican had some great grub and their Top Shelf Margs were tasty! Bailey's Property Mgmt were excellent to work with. Aptos was super nice and we will return.

We love getting our family together at this very comfortable home in a great location and always very clean. And Lisa Bailey their rental manager is very professional and accommodating. We have used this home several times. It’s like our home away from home. Our doggy feels very comfortable there too.
