We have stayed in the Aptos area countless times and this was by far the best place we've stayed. Roomy, clean and perfectly located, we will be returning next summer.

Nice quiet area close to the beach and quick access to highway to get to Santa Cruz or Monterey. Housed 12 of us (3 year old, 4 year old and rest 14 or older) comfortably no issues with hot water with us all taking turns cleaning off after a swim in the ocean. We found everything we needed for cooking, and enjoyed the coffee provided. There was a nice table with propane fire some of us enjoyed in evening and a firepit in the front. There is only room for 2 cars to park which we didnt know about until a few days prior, the bikes available had flat tires despite an air pump being provided they wouldnt inflate, but not a big issue. Overall we enoyed our stay.

This home made us feel like it was our home. Felt very comfortable not afraid to use or touch anything. All house rules were very reasonable. Pretty quite neighborhood. Did not have time to walk to the beach always busy out doing something. House was just beautiful. Only thing we thought was odd no wash clothes were provided.. luckily we all Carry our own scrubbys. Up stairs bedroom retreat was absolutely fantastic although we did not use the jetted tub. Shower was very large with two shower heads. Lots of room for my group of 5 Senior also like the fact they provided two different coffee makes and coffee and a welcome gift of two bottles of spirits chips and chocolate. We felt like Queens Would definitely rent again.
