- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home is located on the second floor with elevator access. This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets. The fireplace in this home is ornamental. The bed in the second bedroom can only be accessed from one side. The heating in this building is centrally managed and cannot be adjusted manually from within the home. It will be on between October and April, and off between May and September. There is limited water pressure in the master ensuite and the shower drains slower in this bathroom as it is on a saniflow system.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fitzjames-Avenue IV apartment in West Kensington. The apartment is on a quiet street with easy access to bus & trains. The apartment was large to accomodate 5 adults with good size living & dining spaces, and bedrooms were very comfortable. As amazing the property, the service provided by OneFineStay was even better. They were in constant communication prior to check-in and had a greeter meet us at the apartment even though we were a little late due to traffic. We needed non-down bedding as my brother is allergic to down feathers, and they sent replacements the very next morning. The customer service quality and accessibility even afterhours is what puts this property at the top of the ratings.
