About this house rental
Charming, character cottage, situated a very quiet, almost traffic free, but central location with lovely views and garden, suitable for al fresco dining. There are two separate seating/TV areas making this property ideal for larger family groups. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, ferries and South West coastal path. The award winning (Blue Flag) beach is a 10 minute drive away. Castle Cove beach is a short walk away. Parking pass provided. Free unlimited wireless broadband.
During July and August we offer a minimum stay of 7 nights with a Sunday changeover. Outside of these dates changeover day is flexible and we offer a minimum stay of 5 days. We look forward to welcoming you.

Deceptively large property over 4 floors in a great location for exploring Dartmouth and/or using as a base to trek further afield. The parking permit is a godsend! Everything you want/need under one roof with space to enable family interaction or alone time (2 adults & 2 teens with different needs). A hassle free stay with a communicative host,
