The exclusive, newly renovated and quiet apartment 'ART City-Studio 3' is in a prime location in central Vellmar, right on the city limits of Kassel (the two cities merge seamlessly and imperceptibly, so that Vellmar looks like a district of Kassel) and is only about 5 kilometers from downtown Kassel and therefore from many Documenta exhibition venues.
The apartment was recently completely renovated and newly furnished. You can expect exclusive designer furniture, lovely accessories and many works of art. As a free extra we offer you W-LAN for internet access.
There are numerous FREE parking spaces right outside the door.

Kassel city center with the DOCUMENTA exhibition areas can be reached in a few minutes by car or public transport (bus, Regiotram and streetcar within walking distance). Tram line 1, for example, goes from Vellmar directly to Kassel's city center in just a few minutes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vellmar in this cozy apartment. It was hot while we were in Germany and no a/c anywhere we went, but nights were comfortable with open windows. We were close enough to Kassel and a bakery right up the road. Wonderful place for 2 people to stay.
