Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Top Lage um Kassel zu erkunden. Netter Stadtteil mit guten Restaurants und kleiner aber feiner Einkaufsstraße. Sehr nette Vermieter.
Teilweise reparaturbedürftige Ausstattung ( Fensterbank Küche; Badtür; Kühlschranktür). Scheint an Raucher vermietet zu werden.

Downtown gets very expensive for Documenta; this place was affordable. Shared bathroom, very clean. Very quiet. Nice restaurants and konditerei nearby, especially "Shandong" if you're feeling like Chinese food. You have to ask them for chopsticks, though. Parking on the street was never a problem.
well, one always likes more features, but this is what was available.
