The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a cozy dinner in.
Upstairs and downstairs sleeping spaces are designed with comfort in mind, featuring quality bedding and a peaceful atmosphere to ensure a great night’s rest. The 2.5 bathrooms make it easy for families to get ready without feeling crowded — especially helpful before those early Disneyland mornings.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS. No birthday parties or daytime kids' birthday parties as well. This neighborhood is quiet, family friendly, and the houses are located close together. I want to be considerate of my neighbors, not allow any gatherings, and take up neighborhood parking spaces. Please do not ask for an exception. Exterior security cameras will be used to monitor parties or event activities.
To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed.
This house is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, Keurig coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and tea. The kitchen is equipped with cups, plates, pots, frying pans, and cooking utensils. However, the kitchen is not supplied with cooking oil, butter, olive oil, condiments, etc. Not providing these items help keep the kitchen extremely clean for every new guests. The only seasoning that is provided is the salt and pepper.

Property was 1. Clean, 2. Comfortable and 3. Cozy. Property was a great, relaxing stay. The neighborhood was safe, and able to go for daily walks around the area.
