We have considered every detail, including both large and small items, to accommodate every new guest. These include significant features such as the Nest Thermostat, a new washer and dryer, and remote entry, as well as smaller items like new shampoo, conditioner, soap, and coffee, among others.
To ensure your comfort, we have installed a powerful central air system that will keep you and your family cool after an exciting day at Disneyland and the beaches. Additionally, we have recently installed a tankless water heater, guaranteeing that you will never run out of hot water. Unlike traditional water heater tanks that are limited by their size, a tankless water heaters can provide a continuous supply of hot water for your entire family.
Check in is anytime after 4 pm. The entrance door is equipped with a keypad for easy, self check-in and access during your stay.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS. No birthday parties or daytime kids' birthday parties as well. This neighborhood is quiet, family friendly, and the houses are located close together. I want to be considerate of my neighbors, not allow any gatherings, and take up neighborhood parking spaces. Please do not ask for an exception. Exterior security cameras will be used to monitor parties or event activities.
I am severely allergic to pets and animal dander. I am not able to host any pets, including emotional support animals and/or service animal. Thank you for your understanding.
This house is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, Keurig coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and tea. The kitchen is equipped with cups, plates, pots, frying pans, and cooking utensils. However, the kitchen is not supplied with cooking oil, butter, olive oil, condiments, etc. Not providing these items help keep the kitchen extremely clean for every new guests. The only seasoning that is provided is the salt and pepper.

The house was perfect :) it was in a nice area, close to Disneyland, very clean, shampoo/body wash/coffee etc was included as an extra bonus. The house was had upgraded fixtures and kitchen. Three rooms with lots of space. Master bedroom was big with a beautiful bathroom. When we were there it was cold and the heat worked great! The host was very friendly and easy to get ahold of. He made the whole process super easy and convenient. I will definitely go through him again if I ever need another VRBO!!

Quiet neighborhood within 15 minutes of Disney theme parks. Clean, quiet, comfortable house with a responsive host. Overall it was a great stay.

The house was very close to Disneyland which was the main reason we booked. The house was very clean and well maintained. We did have to park on the street since it is a duplex property, so I think in hindsight I may have wanted to know that before booking. Having a driveway and backyard would have been nice. For the most part the house had everything we needed. I might suggest a couple extra kitchen towels and a pasta strainer, but we found a workaround for that. Overall a very modern, cute place close to what we needed!

I will say that the location of this home was great. The neighborhood was very nice and safe. The decor and aesthetic of the home was very pleasing. I will say, when we first arrived, there were some issues with cleanliness, but the owner responded immediately and extra cleaning was done. I will say, I would’ve appreciated the house being more stocked, so it felt like you were actually staying in a home. We did not have access to extra paper towels or tissue paper. There wasn’t basic items stocked such as foil, ziplock bags, etc. It would have been nice if there were additional seasonings for cooking. But overall, the home was nice and the owner was good.
