Stairway up to room pretty steep and barely disclosed. Area pretty noisy. Better than last place rented.

minimally furnished, sporadic function of wall outlets, location is close to a few decent independent, restaurants, and food stands. Laundry is overpriced and medieval. The apartment hadn't been cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival as evidenced through a dirty coffee pot that had been put away as if clean, and floors that felt like they were mopped with something possessing mild adhesive qualities.
