- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please note that the elevator is offline and is not available for guest use.
- The main gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, a large fridge, and a range. An additional luxury Butler's Kitchen is located downstairs with a large refrigerator, full sink, and microwave; however, the oven & range have been disabled - in compliance with county regulations.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The views are absolutely gorgeous and you get them from most rooms of the house. Breath-taking views! We loved staying here, we had a party of 12 and there was room for more! There is ample space in this home for a large group - lots of bedroom options, multiple open use spaces for lounging, taking in the views, playing ping pong, darts, foosball, hot tub, etc... This is an AvantStay property and we always have a good experience with them! Highly recommend this for a large group or family!!

This house was perfect for us to celebrate my daughter’s small intimate family wedding. The rooms were large and spacious, and the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our family well. The pool table and other games upstairs were great for the kids.The hot tub was relaxing with beautiful views of the mountains. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, glassware and serving trays that were also perfect for our occasion. The communication from AvantStay through texts and emails was great. We received check-in information a few days before our arrival and then they texted us while we were there to make sure things were going well and we had what we needed. I would love to stay there again in the future!

I would be remiss if we didn’t express our disappointment of the condition of the home from a cleaning perspective and overall condition. This was a very expensive weekly rental and we have pictures of windows, counters and refrigerators that were filthy and had hand prints all over them upon our arrival. The over all condition of the home is rough with dust on cabinets, loose tiles in bathroom and water stains on the floor in the main level 1/2 bath. The issue with the septic tank pumping brown water on to the yard was also discussing to us all as we sat on the deck and smelled it. Some of the faucets are also not fully functional. The description also said there were 7 bedrooms when in fact there is only 5 as the other rooms do not have dressers or closets so they do not qualify as a bedroom. Just sharing our collective experience and we do plan to share this feedback and pictures on the reviews.
