The Homestead is located in highly desirable West Sedona, one of the most convenient areas in town. The home sits in a peaceful, private neighborhood with close-up views of Thunder Mountain, yet is less than one mile from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops.

Overall, a comfortable stay for 9 women during a Bachelorette Party. The home had plenty of wear and tear, but it was well stocked. Excellent location and beautiful views out the back windows.

My family and I stayed here for Spring Break. It had a full gym and sauna as well as a swimming pool and hot tub. We were able to get our workout in before exploring Sedona and going to the Grand Canyon. It was also within close proximity of hiking trails.

I’m going to keep this short and simple...
The pictures look much more glamorous and beautified than what we stayed in.
The house was somewhat outdated so that was a bummer. But it was very spacious!! The peloton and gym was our favorite space. The was a leak in the basement’s ceiling which we called about right away. Someone came over promptly but wasn’t able to fix it until we left so we just didn’t end up going in that room.
Beautiful scenery but wished that the pool was heated. I must have missed that detail so when we arrived, we were told that they needed to know about it about a week prior to us coming.
It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, but the pictures really look amazing with a sub-par experience.
