Landhaus Marlies Apartments

The apartment’s location was excellent—trails and ski lifts were nearby, there was a bus stop right in front of the building, and parking was convenient. The ski storage area was spacious, and the boot dryer was large and actually worked very well (the weather was wet, so it was essential—everything was dry by morning). The beds were comfortable, the rooms were roomy and well-kept, and the shower facilities had been recently renovated. The terrace was accessible from all rooms. Key collection was convenient and easy.

The kitchen was somewhat under-equipped—the dishwasher and coffee machine were small, there was no freezer or oven, and the stovetop was narrow. Unfortunately, there were no coffee filters either. There was a very limited amount of dishes, especially glasses and mugs. There was also an issue with smokers on the ground floor—the smell of smoke came directly into the bedrooms. This was not a temporary problem, as the smokers were the property owners themselves. When we asked if they could find another place to smoke instead of right in front of the building, the response was quite rude.

The house was very close to both skibus stop and to the slope 7 (and not too far from lifts either). So no need for a car to go to skiing. Everything was clean and the keys were easy to collect. Host provided us with the Guest Mobility Tickets. Kitchen had a fast induction stove, a microwave and cleaning equipment. The view was great and the apartment was spacious enough. There was a boot warmer in the basement and nice area to keep the skiing equipment.

We did not sleep too well (no idea why, the beds were not uncomfortable but I did not get a single night of good sleep there). The kitchen utensils/facilities could have been better (better cutting knife, oven, etc) and a bit maintanance could be useful. Also, everything happening in the hallway could be heard inside the apartment very well. WiFi was weak and host was slow to respond.
