Zu Belvilla und der Unterkunft: Nie wieder Belvilla. Kontaktmöglichkeiten sind nahezu nicht gegeben. Wir hatten für 2 Wochen das Ferienhaus gebucht. Schon vor Reiseantritt bekam man diverse Mahnungen, obwohl der Zahlungstermin noch gar nicht erreicht war. Im Urlaub stellte wir dann fest, dass wir viel zu viel Kurtaxe gezahlt haben. Da bei der Buchung bei Belvilla nur eine Personenanzahl anzugeben ist und hier nicht nach Erwachsenen und Kindern unterschieden wird, haben wir viel zu viel Kurtaxe an Belvilla gezahlt. Kinder sind oft frei, wie auch in unserem Fall. Die Gemeide vor Ort hat dort aber den richtigen Betrag erhalten. Wir versuchen nun den zuviel gezahlten Betrag zurück zu erhalten. Ob Belvilla das Geld behält oder der Vermieterin, wissen wir nicht. Die Kontaktdaten der Vermieterin erhalten wir leider nicht. Belvilla reagiert nicht auf die übermittelten Nachrichten und Fotos. Die Wohnung wurde leider vor Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Spinnenweben überall, dreckige Böden, Staub auf den Regalen und Fensterbänken, ein Ameisennest unter dem Bett, Silberfische in der Wohnung und diverse weitere Mängel wurden aufgegeben. Auch dazu gibt es keine Antworten. Wir werden den Vorgang nun über die Rechtschutz regeln müssen. Sehr schade.

Lekker huis met grote woonkamer, geschikt voor niet-skieers, in ons geval de achterblijvers. Grote skikelder die zorgt dat de spullen snel gedroogd zijn. Redelijk dichtbij de supermarkten en skigebieden. Meer dan genoeg keukenspullen. Dus hoeft niet elke keer de afwasmachine aan. Wasmachine doen het niet goed en broodrooster laat de stoppen springen..... Hier en daar wat verval, zoals gordijnen die loszitten, lampen die het niet doen, uit plafond hangen of een andere kleur hebben dan andere. Niet superschoon, maar voldoende. Bank mag wel een goed gecleand worden.
