The Space:
Perfect for large groups wanting to be close to Gaslamp, Downtown San Diego, Little Italy, Coronado, Balboa Park, the beaches, SAN Airport, Costco, and more.
Experience top-notch technology with our 4K TV, wifi stereo, smartphone-controlled LED lights, and ultra-comfy bamboo mattresses.

Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy all the amenities at the 6BR Loft, including a patio with a BBQ grill and a gated parking space accessible from the rear alley. Additional street parking is available on 26th or Imperial—just be mindful of street cleaning on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Please note that the property can only be accessed from the alley. While the neighborhood is vibrant, it might not be ideal for families with small children or seniors. Feel free to reach out with any questions to make sure it’s the perfect fit for your group before booking.

Our street, Imperial Avenue, is perfectly situated close to San Diego’s top attractions, including the Convention Center, Downtown Gaslamp, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Little Italy, Coronado, and Mission Bay.
While the neighborhood has an urban vibe and might not be ideal for families, small-town visitors, corporate meetings, or formal weddings, it's perfect for convention guests looking for affordable luxury and adventurous, unique experiences with large groups.
Getting Around:
Our property is perfect for groups of friends who want to be close to downtown, Coronado, and Balboa Park. It’s just a quick $10 taxi, Uber, or Lyft ride to downtown San Diego. Plus, we're only one block from the Red Trolley, which takes you to the convention center, Tijuana Border, Old Town SD, and Downtown SD.
Other Things to Note:
Our neighborhood is mostly commercial with a few residential houses. The people you’ll see around are often local business owners and friendly neighbors. Although the area might look a bit gritty at first, it’s a vibrant urban spot, as noted in our reviews.
For parties and events, please note that GoodLifeResorts does not accept them through Airbnb. The maximum guest count on Airbnb is 16. For larger groups or events, please reach out via other platforms.
Feel free to ask any questions before booking so we can help you find the perfect rental for your group. This property isn’t ideal for families with young children or all-girls groups. We recommend walking in groups of 3+ at night for safety.
Detailed check-in info will be provided once you book. A security deposit will be authorized by Airbnb (not charged) and fully refunded if there’s no damage or missing items.
For late check-outs, GoodLifeResorts may charge up to $200/hour if you haven’t received prior approval from the property manager. After 2 hours, charges may equal a full night’s stay. We need to prepare for new guests, so please adhere to check-out times.

This property was amazing for a bachelor party of 16 guys, accommodating everyone to have their own bed! The hangout area was spacious and perfect for all of us to relax and watch the hockey games on the MASSIVE tv in the living room. The upstairs bedroom above the living room could be a bit loud if others are in the kitchen/living room, but it wasn’t an inconvenience for our group. The location is not the most ideal area of San Diego, so it works for bachelor parties, but I would advise against families or bachelorette parties. Overall though we had an excellent experience with Josh as the host, as he was very accommodating, very timely with communication and the place was better than advertised!

We used this space so that we could all stay together for a conference at the SD convention center. It's located closeby, and has awesome common space for relaxing. kitchen is very well equipped. It was a little too cold to use the outdoors, but when it's warm enough it would be really cool to have this space. The bedrooms are interesting. If you're a light sleeper, skip the downstairs bedrooms as they're close to the kitchen. All in all it worked well for us. I'd possibly recommend having a window in the master bedroom instead of hte open space to the common area just to help with noise reduction and create more privacy. All in all it was perfect for what we needed, funky and cool, and close to where we needed to be. Thanks Josh!

We had 16 family members coming from all parts of the US. Location was close to the airport with central driving access to downtown, shopping centers, beaches and restaurants. The Bamboo Loft was very spacious and the amenities (great room, full kitchen, smart TV, bedrooms, shuffle board, darts, foosball, and cornhole) kept us all entertained throughout our 5 day stay.Staff made check-in easy and seamless and was very accessible leading up to our stay and throughout. We very much enjoyed our stay and would consider rebooking in the future with Good Life Resorts.

My friends and I stayed for the 4th of July. The space is incredible just as it looks in the photos. I highly recommend staying here.
