Its distance from the Pula airport is just a little over 10 kilometers, and from the nearest beach less than 4. The town has a shop and a restaurant just a walk away. Villa is surrounded by greenery, flowers and famous Istrian olive trees. It offers everything needed for a vacation: relaxation for the parents, fun for their kids. This villa is newly built, and its modern facilities, furniture and details match nicely with its traditional way of building giving it a special charm. Besides the pleasant ambient, the experience is completed with an irresistible view of the Brijuni archipelago.

We were to families renting "Villa Nina" for å week and we loves our stay very much. The swimming pool was the best part. It was big and clean with lovely suraoundings. The house is close to Fazana with a nice beach for the hole familiy. We also visited beautiful Rovinj. Recommended to rent a car. It's å Nice walk to the town of Vodnjan. We travelled with kids aged 5 to 17. And the oldest kids loved to take a walk to the basketball court. You will also find a bakery å little walk from the house. And nice places to eat in Vodnjan. The only negative experience was all the mosquito bites we got when er stayed at the house. So just remembee mosquito spray and allergy medicine. It was aircondition in 2 bedrooms and it worked very well. And the other 2 bedrooms shared an aircondition in the hallway. It could absolutely have been separate om every bedroom for å better sleep. This is just small things. We loved our stay at villa Nina and will highly recommend å stay at this lovely place.
