It is located within a kilometer of the beach and only 300 meters from the nearest market and restaurants. N & T Design Villa is a perfect haven for pure peace, rest and relaxation.
The interior is spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated. The living room, dining room, kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and one separate bathroom. The bathrooms in the rooms are equipped with a walk in shower. Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
The garden is also spacious and equipped with garden furniture for a baby's playground and a trampoline. N & T Design Villa presents a large 40m2 swimming pool and a whirlpool.

An absolute gem and a fantastic host. The description is accurate, very modern house with a great pool. Nice and quiet area right in the center of Peroj. Several nice local restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the house. House is well equipped with everything you need, both a great terrace upstairs with beautiful sunsets and a large outdoor dining and lounge area under roof if you dont like to sit in the sun. The host is very nice and follow his tips for restaurants and things to do. Will definitively be back.

Funny, relaxed arround the pool, nice spots to discover in a good distance.
Kitchen could be better equiped. ( more glases, dish Wash towels etc.).

Haus wie beschrieben, alles war wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Ein schönes Haus, gepflegt und mit allem was wir (8 Personen) für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigten. Zu hervorheben ist die Gastfreundschaft von Ireneo, immer zur Stelle und für alle Fragen stets einen Ratschlag und Tipp. Danke! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Me and my wife along with her parents and grandparents left Ukraine after war started in my country and we were looking for villa big enough to accommodate us all at the same time be the place where we can feel safe and have some rest after long way to Croatia.
We choose house in Peroj because closeness to Pula and tranquility of the small village and great modern design at the same time.
We were met on arrival by beautiful young couple Ireneo and Lucia who helped us with accommodation and helped a lot during first weeks of staying in Croatia. Hosts are available 24/7 and answered all our requests and questions. House/kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during stay. Special thank you, guys, for coffee machine!
Villa is surrounded by well-maintained garden: olive trees and greens. BBQ and Pool area is spotlessly clean and is maintained in excellent condition.
