About this apartment rental
My property is located near the Bodensee (about 9 km) and near the Friedrichshafen Exhibition Centre (about 7.5 kilometers). My apartment is about 55 square meters + a ca. 12 square meters large terrace. The apartment is located approximately half in the basement, which relates to the bedroom and the bathroom. The living area is higher, so that the apartment is nice and bright and comfortable. It offers a total of 4 beds, 2 of them in a bedroom with double bed and the other 2 in the living room on a sofa bed.

It was a quiet place in a quiet neighborhood.
We stayed 3 nights in June 2024 while attending an exhibition at the Messe.
Roland, the host, communicates well and all the information we needed was at hand.
Dislikes: all TV channels are in German. Except a few news programs.
There were quite a few mosquitos that somehow got into the flat - but that can happen anywhere in June.

Overall the apartment met our needs, but it was a little bit further to get to the lake than expected. However if you are looking for a solid base in the region and are willing to drive 30mins each way, then its a good bet.
