Description of the apartment: Bright and newly renovated apartment with private terrace in the green area equipped with table and chairs. This is a third floor with elevator to the second. In the center of Venice, a stone's throw from the Rialto. There is a bedroom with a double bed. In the small dining room there are the table with chairs and a sofa bed. Windowed bathroom with toilet, washbasin, and a new box shower. The kitchenette is fully equipped with electric stove for cooking, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, electric juicer. In the apartment there is air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, washing machine, ironing board, free wifi connection. We can provide bed for baby and high chair. The terrace is equipped with chairs, table and deck chairs and is decorated with various plants, jasmine, honeysuckle, ivy-American, bamboo ..... it is a real pleasure to have breakfast or dinner in perfect peace and tranquility just some steps from the Rialto bridge and 5 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco! Rialto is the true heart of Venice, there is the picturesque market of fruit, vegetables and fish. In Rialto you find everything you need: museums, restaurants, markets, theater, bars.
Rialto waterbus station is just under the apartment and from the airport of Venice there is a direct public water bus line that will bring you directly to Rialto. From Rialto you can also take the boat to the beautiful beaches of Lido.

Maria was exceptional host. Location is perfect. Quiet at night but easy access to St. Mark’s Square, Doge Palace and shopping. Easy access to transport to airport and train station.

This apartment is in a prime location close to a very busy area, lots of food and shops, and public transit. Yet it is a quiet oasis! The terrace is a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle a block away - during the day you'll hear the bells tolling from a nearby clock tower and, if you're lucky, the faint sounds of an opera singer rehearsing her aria in the distance. Mariateresa is an excellent communicator and host! She has considered everything you might need for your visit. Stay here!

We had a wonderful holiday in this very comfortable clean apartment. Very close to the Rialto bridge and vaporetto stop. The apartment was very quiet and we really appreciated the added bonus of a spacious outdoor area. Mariateresa is an excellent host and always responds quickly to any messages. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in Venice.
