It was a very secure building with door codes for easy access. The location was amazing, super central in San Marco and the size was great for Venice!
The floors were uneven linoleum so a bit of a trip hazard! The apartment hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests when we arrived at check in time. Messaged the host and it was sorted within a few hours.

It was like a home away from home. Cosy and comfortable. The location was super. AC / heating all worked. Good sleep. The host was super friendly and though not available in person, he was always available over WhatsApp to answer all our queries.
The linoleum on the floor needs to be evened out in a couple of spots. Newer towels would be nice.

The location of the apartment is amazing and the host was very friendly, he responded promptly to our messages upon arrival and shared a tip for a restaurant in the area.
The entrance and stairway coming into the building downstairs is dodgy and dirty, feels like walking into a building site, not a 'suite apartment'. The apartment itself is divided into two big rooms, the living room area feels neglected, it didn't feel clean, nor inviting, and didn't look like the pictures in the listing. The kitchen area situated in the bedroom was clean, but poorly equipped for anyone who'd like to really cook food or make coffee (there was an electric coffee maker, but no pads). The floor is covered in linoleum, which in itself feels cheap, and is uneven in places and the hot water in the shower comes from a boiler which provides only just enough hot water for two short showers, so anyone who likes to take a long hot shower is in for a cold surprise.
