Well-appointed apartment with lovely views and outdoor space, ideal for mountain lovers. You'll particularly appreciate the recent renovation, the fully-equipped open kitchen and the quietness of the neighborhood, despite its proximity to shops and various activities. Sleeping facilities include a bedroom with office space and a sofa bed in the living room. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Vehicle recommended. We look forward to welcoming you!

> Bathroom with washbasin and bath

> Open, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, Nespresso, microwave, etc.)
> Living room with dining area, wifi and 110cm Samsung TV
> Terrace with outdoor furniture, pull-up bar and access to the shared garden which is not use a lot by other resident.
A parking space completes this property.
If you do not have your own transport, getting to your accommodation may be difficult. We therefore recommend that you arrange a taxi.
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Located route des gens, on the heights of Les Houches, you'll appreciate the location right next to hiking trails and less than 1km from the heart of the village where you'll find a supermarket, post office, sports equipment, pharmacy and restaurants, etc.
A 5/10-minute drive will take you to the Les Houches ski lifts for access to the ski slopes.
It's better to have a car, even though you're just 1km from the heart of the village, where you'll find easy access to bus routes. Les Houches is ideal for enjoying the rest of the valley, whether Chamonix is less than 10 minutes away, or Argentière and Le Tour, where you'll find other ski areas 20/30 minutes away.
It will take you 1h10 from Geneva airport, and around 45min to reach Megève and St-Gervais.
Needs to have winter equipment for your car.
