The apartment was well-furnished and modern. It had a very good location, with a short distance to shopping facilities and the ski area, and it was nice that there was access to both a garage, an elevator, and a reception, which is usually not standard when booking an apartment for a ski holiday.

The chalet is located in an excellent position very close to ski lifts, bus stops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The chalet is very clean and very peaceful and quiet. The apartment was spacious, warm and very comfertable with good facilities. The people are very helpful and very pleasant, always happy to help. Excellent place to stay.

Sadly unable to comment on facilites/comfort etc. We were both unable to continue journey due to illness. We informed property (delivery receipt) of our problem over 24 hours in advance of arrival and politely requested a small refund (30% of total approx 160EU paid in advance of 1 night stay, or at the least the taxes applicable to stay). No response. The day after our proposed stay we received notification from booking.com regarding our " no show" (!!) status. Now...to me a no show indicates the guest has not had the courtesy to keep host up to date. This was clearly not the case here. Is this a booking.com issue as host suggested some days later? Who knows.
Of course the hosts are completely within their rights (T+C´s of hosts) to retain 100%. But better communication is most certainly needed and a small refund would have been a very welcome gesture.
