What a wonderful hotel. This was the highlight of our 6 day holiday. The spa facility was amazing. The location is breathtaking. We upgraded for a minor amount to the Mountain View well worth it. The only issue was untrained staff at reception. We were booked for the two star restaurant confirmed at the front desk only to find it was closed when we arrived for dinner. We were very disappointed. Make sure you use the hotels web site to make dinner reservations and not the third party service provider. It appears it refers you to the grand restaurant and not the 2 star. The drive up to the hotel takes 45 minutes with lots of turns and curves. I like driving it but many may not…overall a 5 star experience.
